No LUD since 03/15/07.
EB3 India - PD August 03.
140/485 RD : July 04.
140 AD : Oct 04
FP1 : April 05
VSC to TSC transfer on 03/07/07 and LUDs on 03/12/07 & 03/15/07.
Nothing since...No FP2, but gave FP (don't know the code) for EAD in Dec 06.
Name check Status : Don't know.

NO LUD on case till now after transfer from VSC - TSC on 03/15!

Came to know an hour back about pendingNAME CHECK !

No LUD since VSC to TSC

No Lud since VSC to TSC. Address change in MAY 1st week 2007 and FP2 in May 2007 last week. No LUDs.....:confused:

We are also in the same boat, Got FP2 notice on pending 485 last week and is going for the same on 07/13/07, Not sure whether they have assigned it to the officer at TSC.

Seems like only a handful of people did not have any LUD after FP.

With the theory that many cases have been preadjudicated in June assigning them visa number and now just pending for approval, those cases must have had LUDs. Key question is whether people like us with no LUDs might have been preadjudicated or not??
 
No LUD since 1st FP on Jan 23, 2007. Do you think we're doomed? as we did not get LUD in June whn all the 60,000 visa number were alloted.

I haven't had an LUD since my case was transferred to TSC. I did my FP (Code 1) on May 10, but no LUD. From what I can tell, most of the folks who did FP (Code 1) after their case was transferred, have not seen LUDs after transfer.
