IF YOU WERE APPROVED ALREADY, U WONT BE SO UPSET.

I WASNT POINTING OUT OR FOR U TO KEEP QUIET.

LOOK AT OTHERS TOO WHO ARE WAITING LONGER THAN YOU

My dear friend,
I have spent 1000 times more time for I485 group as a whole than for my individual case. Every one in the forum knows that. Once in a while i need to know the status of my case and if i get incorrect answers from CIS, i need to nail them out. That's all i was trying to accomplish through this thread.

Even if i get approved, my participation in immigrationportal.org activities will not come down. I am a man of principles.

what was your question ?. I said that there are people who are in same boat as dsatish is in or may be in worse situation. If your question is if it is hard to be approved for some one who is waiting since Feb 2002, then am not sure as am not a tarot-reader. You can ask dsatish, he has great gut feelings like he has for his case. All I can say that INS is at least moving unlike the stand still situation some time back (July 2003-April 2002).

Lets keep fingers crossed and be patient and let our lives roll without affecting much, monetary loss is for everyone but GC is not a privilege that you should receive it in this country because you are working and you have stayed for few years and that too in 12 months.

No doubt you have done lot of laudable efforts, but you seemed to be impatient for your case and it speaks more when u talk about your gut feeling :). I can never have a gut feeling that I would get RFE/approval/FP2 as there is no trend !!.

I hope you get your approval in 1 months of time as per your gut feeling and then you can say mission accomplised and get the all lucrative 6 digit figure salaries and get the whole world.

Cool off, man let satish have the way he wants, he is the guru here and is the veteran of this forum. take it easy :) he doesn't seems to see the point what you are trying to make.

The forum is meant to allow people to whine and strive. So let them do that. Some have more patience and/or reconciled to their fate others want to fight it.
So dsatish wants to fight- more power to him- there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I am prepared to bide my time- have already waited 10+ years what is few more months (I hope months not years :rolleyes: ).

OK, as of now, i did't receive any receipt numbers and i understand that people are generally cautious about this. So it's time to stand in the queue and wait for 1 to 365 days depending on luck. There is no use going to the congress man without a proof. I will continue exploring this option among people who i personally know. I will be closing this thread shortly.
I won't reply to any more sarcastic comments.
 
This is America, offer some cash for what you are asking and I'm sure you will get tons of EAC numbers. Offer say $100 on first come first serve basis.

Guys,
We are here to share info and help each other in our difficult times of GC processing and not fight or argue about silly things among ourselves.

So please stick to this principle and don't waste time on arguing things which won't help anybody.

dsatish has really done a commandable job of helping lots of people on this form and I sincerely appreciate it as it is not easy to take time out for others problem.
 
I am closing this thread. It's time to stand united among ourselves and fight CIS rather than among ourselves.
