i started this thread so we can only disucss yates memo and if you are planning to start your own company, murthy memo has raised confidence level that portability is an option using your own company.
the objective oif this thread is how to do that. This is an agressive stance,i know but i want to do that
you can show contracts as evidence of employed in a similar job (i think)
however people please share your expertise, so the chains of slavery
can be shattered forever and lets cause lots of people to work for themselves.
i also regret that we cant sue the employers and uscis for enforcing mental torture and slavery upon us for years. if we could sue these employers for their willing or unwilling exploiting of the sadistic uscis rules and delays for pure gain and greed.
