EB3 people who applied for adjustment when last time they were current (1999) and retrogressed and current again now.

did any body of those people still waiting for GC to approve.
please update this thread with your information
 
actually my 485 got rejected & have to refile again after 1.5 years

in this mess of PD being current, retogress in 2001
and current again in 2001,
INS accepted, processed my application for 1.5 years
to reject it after 1.5 yrs.
so i had to refile again.
so much for the INS efficiency

Could you please share with us why your application is rejected? I think this is a very rare case.

priority date of Nov 97 is pretty old.Any idea why
it is going so slow for you.Any RFE\'s etc ?

Sharada : When INS rejected your application what was the decission ? Did they said you can re apply again? and did you re apply?
