Well, As I mentioned I was granted asylum on Dec1999 & applied for 485 on Dec 2000. My receipt date was Nov,2000 & ND Dec,2000. This application was sent to Mesquite,TX (TSC). On June,2002 I received a notice from INS saying my case got transfered to Lincoln, Nebraska (NSC) with receipt date Dec,2000 but ND June,2002 :confused: Why the Nd got changed??? Does that mean I lost 2 precious year right there???????????? By the way what's the date get more priority the receipt date or the notice date. Reason I am asking this is if you look at my recept date that's pretty consistent but ND was 2 years apart for that case transfer deal.
Now as you asked me what's my ND which one should you think I should use ????? The first one that I received right after filling 485 at TSC Dec,2000 or the transfer one where they put the notice date on June,2002 although in that same letter receipt date is Dec,2000.
You know I guess I might have to go for another bachelor degree to understand USCIS's activities or even understand their language.

You will not be able to understand a SOB even if you get a PhD degree.
