hey all
here is my case status , Initial Review
On August 17, 2009, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you****.. its in california service center !!!! ( LPR FILING FOR unmarried son or daughter over 21 )

if you go uscis.gov >>>> processing time >>>> check this out for ( i-130 , LPR filing for 2b in california center) its about 7 years to get the decision on my own case my case has been approved within 5 month ?????


WHY IS THAT ????????? and same thing apply for the visa Bulletin i think so

and i am just wondering why IS THAT ?????!!!!!!!!

comparing your own case with the visa Bulletin & processsing time in USCIS.GOV ****************************.... i dont see any matching
 
Your priority date is not current BUT on the otherside they have approved your I-130 and it's been sitting until priority date becomes current (which may take 7 years) ....... so your petition is approved but it won't be processed until visa number is available for you........according to your priority date.....

I have the same stuff for I-130 petition through my brother ....... it's approved but i have to wait until visa number becomes available............

I understand i still have to wait the visa which may take years but this is not the point , i only talking about the processing time its not actual
