Can anybody comment on my case please. Any estimate of how much longer I'll have to wait. This is the first time Mexico is affected by retrogression. I'm affraid that my case might not be adjudicated promptly and on Jul 06 EB3 gets unavailable again and on October dates for Mexico get retrogressed even more like happened for India and China.

My details are:

-EB3 Mexico PD Sept 2001
-NSC I140/I485 RD Sept 3 2003
-Name Check cleared Oct 4 2003 (verified through email to FBI)
-I140 AD Oct 6 2004 (denied and sucesfully appealed on MTR)
-Biometrics code 3 (picture, fp, signature) done Jul 6 2005
-I485 RFE Aug 10 2005, (Employment letter, responded on Aug 24 2005)
-I485 LUD Aug 27 2005 (RFE answer received)
-I485 LUD Sept 01 2005

Currently working on H1B 7th year.
 
Dont worry!!

They are processing 01 Jan 2001 for Mexico in EB3,and yours is Sep 2001,so you will get yours very soon my friend.
Cheer up! lot of ppl here are retrogressed like more than 4 yrs.
Just wait for Nov bulletin,you dont know yours may be available then.
