THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi metalguy, Sorry to hear about your situation. If it is because of the lateness of your GC approval that you decided to go home, then please have patience. As you know BCIS is not an organization that works rationally and these delays and tortures are expected. Also you and your family have EADs and can work freely. However, if you have other reasons to go back, then that is a different matter. We all suffer in life at one time or other. So, sufferings should not be the only cause or reason for giving up.

You message reflected lot of pain that you have endured. I an feel and understand your frustation because I have experienced this situation first hand. I felt I should go back and forget about the green card. But eventually when I subtracted the emotion from the equation, I was able to make a realistic decision. I decided to stay back pursue my goals. Yes there are millions of people living in India and yes life can be great there but then you may want to ask yourself why are you here in the first place. If you go back you will waste all the hard work that you did so far and then will have to start from scratch back home. I am not telling you what to do, you will eventually do what is right for you. The role of family is to support other members if they are fighting for a right cause and if they are not prepared to take that stand then you may want to ask yourself if that is the family you want to go back for. Let your brain do the thinking and not the heart. Good luck:) :)
