I spoke to IO today, against all odds, and he said all EB categories will become current on March 17, for one day!
He said this tradition has to do with St. Patrick's day, and they wanted more people to have green cards to celebrate with everyone else, the importance of the green color
Oh well, wish everyone a very happy St. Patrick's anywho!(maybe next time around, we'll have that damn card in our hands)
