You can't ask for help for such a serious matter at this forum. I'm assuming you have a lawyer, a very good lawyer.

If your expensive lawyer couldn't provide the answers you need, I'm not sure anyone in this forum could help you.

I read yesterday(yahoo news) that senate commision voted yes on giving green light for illegal immigrants to adjust.
I don't know if this info help...

you mentioned in your previous thread 3 months or 4 months ago that

your lawyer will argue your case in front of the supreme court,

what is happened after that?

That's what I'm trying to say. It seems that you are pretty new in town asking forum members how to win the deportation case (so is your expensive lawyer). My advise would be to fire the lawyer and find more professional one.

This has a LONG way to go before becoming final. No one knows if this will pass and if it does, in what form.

As passed by the judiciary committee last night, the bill would allow you to get what they call earned legalization. The cut off date is January 2004. You will have to get a steady job, learn the English language and American civics. It is also a relatively long process, taking at least 5 years before you see your green card (sorry).

Again, this needs to be approved by the full Senate. If it does, then the Senate needs to work out its differences with the House before it goes up to Bush. So this is only the beginning of the process. It could die at any moment.

Good luck and I hope this will get through.
