Checked status this morning, still "On ....., we received your response to our request for.....". Checked again this afternoon, saw something finally there: "This case has been approved. "

What a good news for new year!

The ref was about employment letter, 3 month pay stubs, and copy of H1-B approval. Responses were received by the INS on Nov. 25th, 2003.

Did you go to ASC and have your 3rd FP done?

yes, I did my unneccessary 3rd FP the day after they mailed approval notice. The online message changed on Monday, did FP on Saturday. Tried to avoid doing FP by tell them my 2nd was still valid, but they insisted I need to do it.
