my time to say THE CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED! My Details

ND sep 6 2001
Approved on Aug 14 2002

I know it was a long journy. My wife's case was approved on
Jun 24 2002(Although I am the principal applicant). I forced my
Lawyer for Fax inqueries after my wifes AOS approved. The case
was approved after 3 fax inqueries.

Folks with WAC-01-***** series a small suggestation go for
fax inquries it definitely helps.

Thanks for all the people who created this site. Special thanKs to
PCEE for the tracking information.

I used to visit this site every day(It became part of my life).

I wish all the best for people still waiting for their approval
specially to those who applied before oct 2001.

One more question:

In your post you mentioned that your wife's case (filed as your dependent) was approved months before your approval.

Did she already do her Passport stamping? I have a similar situation. Mine (primary applicant case) is approved but my wife's case still pending. Wondering if I may go ahead do the stamping first.

Did your wife go for stamping when she got her approval ?
 
Yes we waited for a month. Finally she did her PP stamping last
week. Actually you dont need to stamp right away. From
approval date you have SIX month to stamp (Per my Lawyer).
