This approval information from Immitracker

NSC, started processing Aug\'2000 cases. Is this true? Any comments.....

I believe the above Approval is true. Because for two reasons.
1. I believe and trust people, at least on Immitracker.
2. The dates given looks perfectly in right order.
No one would waste time in posting misleading info there.
People have learned all these days how important time is.

I have noticed that people from countries "other" than India and China get earlier approval on 485. Also, EB2 cases have a higher priority than EB3 if you follow approvals on immitracker.com.

Lastly, I have seen that a EB2 case with older PD but later 485RD/ND approved before another EB2 case with an earlier 485RD/ND. BTW, both cases were EB2 India.

Yes this case has NOT been approved. Here are the details from immitracker

That is just one case out of 1500! This is nothing "BUT NOISE" as far as the data is concerned. (But that doesn\'t mean that the person didn\'t get approval. We will never know for sure though! It could also be an age out case.)

However, I don\'t think it will be long before they start aug 00. But the real problem is that they leave a lot of cases behind without RFE or any issues behind...
