Third EAD....NEED HELP PLS...

My attorney applied for my third EAD, Do I have to do fingerprinting or Biometrics again for EAD process ? Is there any chance I could get the EAD approved without doing FP or BM ?

In have done FP in 5/2004 and Biometrics in 08/2005 for my pending I-485,

It depends -- if U do it online -- it will automatically ask U to shedule an biometrics .. If U do it the old way -- by submitting Ur photo etc - U need not do it.

Why did U go for EAD thru an attorney -- doing it online is simple and more reliable ..

I had applied myself (online) for my 3rd EAD last month and I did get notice for biometrics for EAD. I did both biometrics on same day - 485 ( had received notice for 485 biometrics couple days ago) & EAD. EAD got approved (ofcourse) and 485 still pending.....
 
I did n't have the FP for EAD

I ve got my second EAD also last month...and I did my myself by postal and I never received any FP for EAD. Its not mandate to have the FP for EAD. If you do by online u will have to go for the FP otherwise if you have sent the color copy of PP and Licence and old EAD color copy and reciept notice of I485.. most of the time no need of the FP.... Check online for the status... cool.. you will get approved...

My attoreny applied my EAD/AP in the old fashion way - didnt get any FP/BM notice yet.

I applied for my wife online - USCIS sent e mail asking her to call and take appointment for BM, and she got a date for BM after one month. I guess this will take more time and work going for an appointment etc. (but, we do save attorney fees)

3rd option is to do it on your own using paper filing.
That way you don't have to wait for BM appt etc and you don't pay attorney fees either !!
