Third country visa application stopped in Mexico?

Hi, I plan to have my H1B visa stamping in Mexico next January. Someone told me that US Consulate in Mexico have stopped this service for third country applicants. Is this true? I am from China.

Any help is appreciated.

I got my H1B visa stamp at Juarez on December 19th. It was a breeze. Just carry all the usual documents. They did not ask much other than the company letter and the approval notice. Mine was H1-H1 and I am from India.

I did see one person who was a doctor transferring from J1-H1B.
Everybody got their visa that day so I assume he got it too. His interview was after mine so I don\'t know what he was asked.

How about B1 - F1 - H1 case? Do you think I will have trouble getting stamp? I have a Masters from US and Had came back on B1 and landed a job here? I am a Muslim from India?
