My guess is that the IIOs are only retired, 'May I help you' (DMV/Post Office etc.) kind of personnel.

We've been expecting speedy approvals for so many times (e.g. after re-organization, after special registration etc.). But it never happened.
Don't expect too much...

I thought that you are already approved. So are you not PatienceGC ? Based on the evidence you have shown, i thought that both of you are one and same.
