things to do before using AC-21

hi,
I have been working with my current employer for more than 3 years and my I-140 was approved about an year ago and I-485 was filed more than an year ago. My immigration paperwork was filed under EB-3(retrogressed country).
I recently got a job in another company in a similar job position. Before I make my decision, I had the following questions:

1) The salary at the new position is about 30% more than my current job. Is there an issue here?

2) What are the steps that I should take before I resign from my current job? any do's and dont's...

3) I remember reading about filing FOIA to get a copy of the approved I-140 and other GC related documents for my records. Has anyone had any experince with this?

4) How soon do I need to file AC-21 after joining the new position? and AR-11?

5) Can someone recommend a good immigration attorney in the Chicago area who can asssit me in filing AC-21?

any advice will be greatly appreciated,

----------- if possible thy to get copy of approved LC form ETA750A it will be with lawyer who filed LC or I-140, get copy of your I-485 filing reciept

---------- that is up to you but file before I-485 gets approved( if you are EB3 and belong to India and if I-485 dont get approved before june then they are not going to touch I-485 till October

and AR-11?
