they dont wanna take my FP

i had walk-in fingerptints on 27 oct and on 2nd of noember i receive fingerprints notice.I called 1-800 and the clerk advised i have to go again. I went to my ASC ,they said they are not gonna take my FP as they already did, I called Uscis again after that and they said i MUST have my fingerprints again if i have a notice. What the F**K is all of this about? r these ppl crazy?somebody in the same situation?

Did you receive the FP notice on November 2nd? Or do you mean the notice was received before November, and the appointment listed on it was for November 2nd?

i received it on the 2nd and on the 3rd we did walk in. they let me in ,it was not a problem, the ppl there actually remembered me and they said Uscis does not need for sure my FP for 2nd time and they said i am good to go . And uscis says i need to do fingerpints for 2nd time if i have a notice.
 
OK, you were confusing me because you said you did the walk-in on Oct. 27 which was before you even received the FP notice so I was wondering what you really meant.

Don't listen to those people at the 1-800 number. They stamped your FP notice when you went for the appointment, right? That's your proof. You don't need to go again unless USCIS sends you another notice.
 
i never got Biometric notice and it had been 3 months since i filed. So i took infopass appointment and explain to the IO. When he saw it had been 3 months and i never received appointment he said "ok ,right now we will take ur biometrics" so they did it the same day without me receiving any kind of notice. The same day my status Changed Ead card ordered" and i got my ead,( Yes ,i have it stamped they rook my FP. )This happened on the 27th,

Then on the 2 november i receive appointment for biometrics.I called Uscis and explained i already did my FP on 27th.They said i have to do it again ,because i have a notice. I go to the ASC and they say-no need for FP,u already did it, But the USCIS says "we sent u appoinment ,it means u gotta do it ". now i dont know what to do. ASC refused to take my FP for 2nd time and i think the USCIS will screw me now :(. they will prolly say " she didnt appear for the FP so we will deny the application "

OK, now I understand ... you did a walk-in without the FP notice. Well, it looks like you'll just need to go to the appointment on the scheduled date, and tell them that USCIS requires you to give the FP again.
