I mailed TSC my response to RFI. It was delivered to them today at 5 AM and they JUST emailed me that they received it and that It is taking between 850 and 900 days for them to process this kind of case...Hopefully they are gonna act fast on everything like this and we will all get it soon!

what do you mean :" act this fast..." 900 days is not fast! :) was your rfi for medical? whats your ND

:D I didn't mean the 900 days. I meant they were fast in that they just got the response to RFI and emailed me today. My RFI was medical (eventhough I had done one when sent origional I 485) and G 325. my ND is 10/2003. I finally made my signature...
 
ok:) how much time did the RFI for medical and G-3... say you have to supply those? how long doe sit usually take when one sends those to get approved? thanks for the answers, I appreciate it!

I am not sure I get your question correctly. If you are asking me about the time you need to spend on RFI, for G325 it takes about half an hour to fill it. About the medical exam; If you have all the immunizations, in your first visit to the doctor a TB test is placed and your blood is drawn for AIDS and Syphilis, you should go back to the doc's office in 48 hours to have your TB test read and if the blood tests are back you can pick up the filled medical.
I wish I knew how long it takes after you send the RFI to get approved. Then I had a time table for my approval. Anybody has any ideas on this?
 
thanks!:)how much did you pay for the medical? i have my vaccinations done and chest x-ray as well (did it since i had TB shot as a kid).so i figure, if i go to the doctor it will speed things up to have all these ready. i wish i knew how long it takes since sending the medical to get approved:)
