My case was approved on 01/29 according to AVM. So were my wife\'s and son\'s.

Hello 9 YearsUSA, could U please share your details please?

1. PD RD ND dates,
2. EB & Country?
3. Where was I 140 done and approved, by which service center?
4. Did U got any RFEs from INS, if so, what ?
5. When U first came to USA did U came on H1 or F1 visa.

Since I am also waiting for the approval from NSC, waiting since 500 days in I 485 stage!!

Case Info

Sorry folks. I lost the pass word for my previous user name Jesse1.

Here are the details:

Pd=04/99, Rd=12/04/00, Nd=12/19/00, Fp=03/01.

RFE for EAD. RFE issued 12/27/01, replied 01/04/02, ack\'d 01/10/02.

RFE for work authorization after visa expired. EAD obtained at local INS office. So 485 MIGHT be delayed if you obtained your EAD at local office because the Service Center might not know this.

China, EB2, RIR.

5 years on F1, about 1 year on OPT, about 3 years on H1.

Anything else??
