Received the courtesy copy of the approval notice yesterday. The following are the details:

Stared the process in May 98
EB2-India
RD-Aug 2, 99
ND-Aug 16, 99
FP-June 26, 2000
RFE-Oct 27, 2000 (Affidavit of Birth Certificate from my parents as they did not accept the one issued by the Indian Embassy, 99 tax return, 3 pay stubs, ltr. from emp)
RFE Responded on Nov 20, 2000
RFE Entered in the system Dec 27, 2000
Approved on Jan 11, 2001

Hi,

Can you give me a copy of the affidavit you used ? Did you submit just one affidavit from your parents? Was it notarized? Any other info you can provide about the affidavit will be appreciated. Were you born after 1970?

Attached is the affidavit sample that I used. Need to get one from each parent and get it notorized (it\'s free in bank). I was born after 1970.
