You bank/credit card company will convert the $165 into Albanian currency to debit your account.

Yes you can move to the USA - just be sure to activate your LPR status before the expiry date on your visa.

Congratulations!

Britsimon Thanks a lot, but what do you exactly mean with "just be sure to activate your LPR status before the expiry date on your visa." -thanks again!

Yes, "accepted" means it is fine. Britsimon means: enter the US before your visa expires.

As Susie says - I was pointing out that there is an expiry data on the visa they have stamped in your passport. The first time you enter the US with that visa, they will process your paperwork and you will become a LPR.

Dear Forum mates, I need your help as I am trying to pay the 165$ fees, and they are asking me to provide A Number in addition to my case No. Please note that I recieved the passports along with the closed envelopes and no guidlines or any other papers .I am not sure what is my A Number, my visa is showing many refrence No and I am afraid to fill the online form in a wrong way. Do you have any ideas how to have the correct A number?
Thanks in advance for your help,

Thanks in advance for your help,

There should be a white paper attached to your visa envelope with various details about you, including both the A number (alien number) and DOS case number on it. Can you see it on there?
Your A number is on your visa too, I don't have my passport with me now to explain where to look though.

Thanks Suzie for your quick reply, unfortunately I didn’t receive any paper along with the envelopes. I tried hard to guess what is the correct number on the visa as there are 2 different Numbers ; A Registration Number which is below the case No with 8 digits and another Number in red below the Vis expiry date ( a letter + 7 digits). It is really hard for me to recognize which one is the right A number. I tried to call the embassy many times without luck and sent them an email hope they reply me at the earliest as I am going to travel after 10 days.

If it says A registration number, it's your A number....

The registration Number is 8 digits without any letters, I belive it should start with a letter and then 9 digits and incase it is fewer than 9 digits,we have to insert a zero after the “A” and before the first digit to create a 9 digit number (that what I have read on the USCIS web site). what makes me more confused is the red number that start with a Capital letter but with 7 digits only!

Did you look at the link I posted above? That comes directly from the USCIS website. Yes put a zero in front of it, it's a simple enough instruction to follow....
