Dear Visa Gurus,

My In laws want to visit US in April. They have the visitors Visa till 2015. However when they got this visa in 2005 it was sponsored by my sister in law who was working in the US at that time. Currently she has moved back to India. So please advice if they can come to US with the same VISA ?

Thanks,
Kiran.

They got a valid B1/B2 to travel to the US, regardless of the fact who provided the supporting documents and where that person is now.

B visas are self-sponsored. A "sponsor" with regard to a B visitor is a person who submits an I-134, Affidavit of Support which is NOT a required document in the first place.
