Not true. Specifically, the second amendment deals with the right to keep and bear arms and a lot of states prohibit non citizens from owning guns.
With the patriot act and W running wild, even citizens' rights have been eroded and non citizens do NOT have the same protections as citizens.

So what? A statute that bars non-citizens from owning guns is clearly unconstitutional and can be challenged. Just because someone hasn't done so doesn't mean that the Second Amdnement doesn't apply.
