The refund for pending EAD

Hi,

I got the GC 4 weeks after sending the renewal of EAD. So the EAD is no longer needed. Can I ask CIS to refund for a pending I-765 application ?

I don't think USCIS does refunds for already received and potentially in-process applications.

But you could try calling them.
