According to the new Processing time, NSC is giving the EAD\'s with RD-June 15th as of 7/30/01. Did anyone recieve EAD of RD-June 15th ?? Please post your details.

how much time for 485 receipt?

Hey Guys, Can you please tell me how much time it takes for the 485 receipt? I filed my 485 on July 12, 2001 but still didn\'t get the receipt.

My RD May 18. Waiting for EAD and FP. Received AP.

My RD is also 05/18/2001. AP approved on 07/24/2001. Hi Tamil Pyan, when was your AP
approved? My LIN # is LIN-01-214-xxxxx. Hope the same with yours. Still waiting for EAD and FP.

Birth Certificate question please ?

I know this is not a proper question for this thread . However i believe somebody from this group should able to provide me an answer for the below question..

My company is planning to file for my 485/EAD this month. Since i don\'t have my birth certificate, i was asked only to get affidavits from my parents (Father and Mother). Is it sufficient ? or also do I need to get a non-avail certificate from registrar of birth in India ?

Could you please help ?

I was asked by the lawyer to get affidavits and non-avail certificate from father, mother and some cousin (aunt or uncle). Get the affidavit format from the lawyer.
