Thank you all, including messages in Hindi? I can read Greek, French and English. I will be around for all that is needed. One note: I had contacted my congresman (PA-6, Gerlach's office) and other Congressmen through my family here in the US. The only thing that might have helped is the inquiry of the Ombudsman to the USCIS, even though I got no official answer after 45 days. I think that is why I got second FP.

When did you apply for 3rd EAD? Could this have triggered FP2? How long ago did you contact congressperson?

And of course, congrats -well deserved.

3rd EAD was applied sometimes in April and eventually was approved. No, it did not trigger the FP2.
I contacted the congressman's office twice: First time in March?April was told simply that my FP expired and second time was told that I should be getting seconfd one in May! I got it in July, so it was big time BS.
The congressional offices with only status inquiry is a useless thing. They can initiate a more aggressive inquiry but only with the company's knowlwdge....the stories about the triggers are just tales. Nothing triggers nothing. The computer systems CLAIMS3.0 for I-485 and SNAPS for FPs are all flawed.
