The oldest or the newest I94?

hi guys,

I currently have 2 I94s with me. The one I got when I came to the US on F1 visa and I got a new one few months back when I was approved H1B visa. I am planning to marry a USC in near future. So, my question is - when I am about to adjust my status, which I94 am I supposed to produce. The old or the new or both. Please help me on this because I don't have H1B stamped. I just have the copy of approval notice.

Produce for WHAT? Can you indeed produce I94? That sounds like fraud to me... Lol!

You have to submit copies of your I94 together with all docs you'll be sending for AoS. And don't forget to bring the originals to the interview. They took half of them away from me.
 
Send a copy of the one that you get on your last entry to the USA togeter with the visa copy. They care only about the entry in the USC marriage cases. You are not required to maintain the status.

Thanks for your advice. That means I need not worry about my H1B status and documents related to it. The only things important are I94 when I entered last and visa at that time. Thanks for relieving pressure.
