The number of AOS(I485) after the PD retrogressed last year ?

What was the month last year when the PD retrogressed for EB2 and EB3 ? Is there a way to find out an approx number of AOS (I485) submitted after that ( something like monthly basis ) .....

Just trying to understand if there is a sharp drop and slow climb in the Number of AOS after the PD retrogrssed and advanced again .....
