The name of Birth certificate is different

hi gurus..need urgent help
I applied GC for my family and got RFE's for my sister..
We didnt have the recorded Birth Certificate so we made the No Entry/No Record BC for the sister when we filed the paper. The last name on the birth certificate should be the name of the child when born but by mistake it was put as the name she is using now after marriage and also in the passport. Does it make the case invalid if we send the new birth certificate with the last name changed as she was born. Because RFE is also askin about the school documnets and they are all with the name before marriage,

Please help gurus... what should I do and how should i send the documents..

Anybody has any idea how should I proceed now.. SHould I send the new birth certificate witht the Birth Name of my sister??

Did you put "previous names" in the corresponding fields of all the forms?, if you didn't I think you have to correct them and send again. If you put both names send proof that is the same person.

I had something similar, so I sent copies of both previous and new passport with different names.

thanks diegowarrior... I have mentioned the other name on the form as well... i was confused that if I send the new Birth Certificate with the other name, then it would mak any problem..???
