hello, I just noticed that the lawer who filed my case from the beginning used my mailbox address as my residence address on the Biographic form G325a.
My question is should I call him and have him correct the address to my residence address? I do however communicate with CIS with my mailbox address for my cases for years.
The lawer also asked me contact the civil surgeon who did the I-693 suppplemental form, to see if he included proof that's he is a MD not a RN or PA. is this nessasary? he insisted that because the notice letter from CIS said :"Also, submit a copy of any documentation that identifies the physician completing the supplement as a civil surgeon. The signature must be accomplished by a MD: a signature by a RN or PA is not acceptable."
