My I-140 was just approved on Jan 26/2005. My EAD was approved Feb 1/2005. They are now working on my I-485. I just got a RFE. Don't know what for yet but I'm assuming medicals and the VISASCREEN. Whooo Hooooo.
Maybe the end is in sight. What a concept. :D :)

my I-140 was also approved on the same date as yours Jan 26/2005. I saw some LUD changes too on my I-485 but again my PD is Sept. 2, 2003 so I am not sure if my case will be approved or not. But congrats they are working on your case....

Guys,

My case also stands pretty close to yours.. But my 485 LUD hasn't shown any change yet. My PD is Jan 02. Hoping for posstive results in next few months. Fingers crossed!! :rolleyes:

if you all don't mind, could you please let me know country? at least are you from one of the country's effected by retrogression?

all I am concerned about is the retrogression effect. Mine is too EB3 case and I am from India.

Obviously born in Canada or they would not be working on my I-485 because my priority date would not be current in this case. Mine is Sept 2002.
