The best way to apply

Hi
Can any one out there give any advice which way to apply, we can apply for the diversity program, and have also sister in law has lived in the u.s for 9 yrs and is applying for usc. If this is is the wrong place, apologies.

Your soon to be citizen sister-in-law cannot sponsor you. If she is your spouse's sister, she can sponsor your spouse. If she is your brother's wife, she can sponsor your brother.

The diversity program is a lottery. You can apply for it if you're eligible, only not everyone wins... :eek:
Your sister in law cannot file for you. She can file for your spouse when she becomes a US citizen. But there is a long wait (more than 12 years) for the US citizen's sister/brother category.

and what is that form to apply known as

You just hijacked someone else's thread. Not a good move.
You need form I-130 to sponsor your daughter. Her age and your status (citizen or PR) will determine the waiting period.
