Hello folks, another silent lurker gets approved!
I have'nt got any emails, just saw the approval on the case status online page.
My details:
EB3, RIR, June 9, 2001 - PD
Labor, approved Apr 2003
I-140, 485, concurrently filed on Sep 10, 2003
EAD, AP Jan 2004
2nd EAD applied Nov 1, RFE Dec 15, responded Dec 17 (filed EAD app. online, they did'nt have the photos when they took up the app for processing)
FP (both, for 485 & 2nd EAD) on Dec 8.
485 online message changed on Dec 17 (saying FP report was received).
Changed employers (same job, joined client) on Nov 17 2004, after a year & 2 mths of 485 & approved 140.
Sent AC21 docs on Dec 15.
Online message says I-485 was approved on Dec 23.
Online EAD status says response to RFE received; processing resumed.
Am now waiting for the receipt notice.

Things moved very fast in Dec for me.
I am sure it'll be the same for the rest of you.

I have a question: Do I need to get my passport stamped, if there is no intended travel? Can I just wait for the card?

Cheers, best wishes, and happy holidays.

Congratulations Raj !!
