That null pointer exception again

I cant seem to logon to that BCIS site to view my case status
Been getting a null pointer exception since yesterday. Tried to find a few threads about this and ppl usually say it goes away - It hasnt for me. Is there something someone else has done which can help me.
Of course I created a different profile with my case status and nothing has changed there so phew but just want to get my profile back in working shape.

try resetting password. Click on "Forgot password"

I have the same problem. I tried resetting my password, but that didn't solve the problem.

The null pointer seems to have gone away, but I cannot see the case status now. What a weird site....
