Thanks Nell. I asked my attorney to send a fax, and he told me "Such a procedure doesn't exist". F*** moron. Anyway I don't think he is gonna send such a fax, should I send it on my own?

I think we will see CSC start approvals in another month or two, but really my fp would have expired by then, and then get an RFE, maybe transfer, actual gc is still a while away I think.

I don't understand why they don't allow you to do both simultaniously! How will it matter? Which ever comes first is the way you will go. But I guess humanity is not something you expect from the INS?
