Today I went to Buffalo BCIS center and talked to the officer. Saying my FP1 are expired and said I am going out of the country and I rquested her to issue me a written notice of FP. She said "ok I can give you a written notice but sometimes that may not go to your case, in that case you may need to do it again when you receive your finger prints(2) notice". All went well i gave my finger prints, around 20 minutes took for all this. I gave it a try, see what happens !!

FYI - my wife received FP2 notice, she did along with me.

Just to share some information with you. In my case also the same thing happened, my wife received the FP2 notice and I did not, but my attorney got the FP-2 notices for both.

So, I am going to request original for myself from him. We had an address change recently so I don't know if my letter got missing in forwarding somewhere.

We are scheduled for 8/6.

We have filled AR-11 and also we got address confirmation from CIS about me and my spouse, but still the Finger Printing Notice went to our Lawyer ONLY. So I think CIS is very inconsistent in updating the proper address in all their systems.

We are sechduled for Finger Printing on 8/7/04.
