I thought that they were lucky ones that the CSC had randomly selected 5%,
however, we found that they were non-NIW EB-2 applicants filed after USCIS' starting concurrent filing.

But there is no reason to justify adjudicating those cases before long-pending cases,
so it must be a kind of DISCRIMINATION to I-485 applicants filed before USCIS' starting concurrent filing.
