INS seattle has mentioned Provision of law as : 274A.12(C)(03)(i) on my EAD whereas my application was for L2EAD. They should have issued EAD under section 274a.13(d) - Interim EAD. Should I go again to INS seattle or send a letter to NSC?. I think INS issued me student EAD not INTERim EAD.
I think INS seattle did goof up with my EAD application and made this mistake.(I cannot understand why did they do this) Please advise how to sort it out.

PS: From where would I get NSC fax no as their web page does not mention it
 
you need to fix the error

before using this EAD. It is upto your personal preference with regards to go to seattle. You might need more documentation if you go to seattle office.
NSC fax number is a mystery. maybe you should try to talk to an IIO.

Thanks jaxen, I visited INS seattle to had the erroe fixed but they refused to to do because their computers was not not updated to this class A18(L2 EAD) but told me if someone needed verifications, they would give the actual details. Now what to do next?

I went to SSA office with this EAd for SS#, I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks to get Card because verifications from INS was required. is this normal ?

Get it in writing

It is good that seattle agreed with you. You should have insisted on a letter. Get that in writin and then you can start working without a EAD!!
6-8 WEEKS For SSN IS NORMAL...
