Thanks God, I'm approved. How long to get GC?

I got e-mail from my friend, CRIS, yesterday (Aug 23). They approved my case. I could not believe they approved my case within 3 months since last time I talked to IO and she said my case was new and was not assigned to officer.

I have some questions. How long does it usually take to get a physical card? I have to leave the country on Sept 1. What I should do if I don't get the card by Aug 31? Can I use AP to enter the country? Any suggestion. Thank you.
 
Congrats! was your case transferred or filed at TSC?

If you have not yet received the 'CARD' yet, You have to take the 485 approval notice to the local center and get it stamped on your passport which you can use it to reenter into usa.

Congratulations

The physical card can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
If you need to go on the Sept 1, I would suggest you take an infopass appointment and get the passport stamped.
You will need your passport, Iterinary and most importantly the original approval notice.
Usually they ask you to wait 30 days before you get your passport stamped, but if you give them good reason, they can help you out.
