Dear Friends,

As per USCIS web site, Our (My wife and I) I485 were approved on 27-Feb-2004 from TSC. We would like to THANK all the partipants for their immense contributions in this invaluable forum (Thanks to Mr.Rajiv and him team members to keep this site very active). We pray and hope that atleast all 2001 filers will get their approval soon(within a month or two).

is 485 approval is based on ND or FP date? apprecaite forum members advise.

There have been randomness in TSC's approval. However, I believe that TSC is now approving cases by ND.

I believe that they are processing all 2001 cases simultaneously at TSC irrelevant of FP or ND.

However, I predicted my approval (w.r.t. FP date) sometime in Feb'04 when I saw few 03/2005 FP'ed cases got their approval.
