Congrats Para!!! My ND is close to yours. Do you know when was ur case assigned to an officer (this might give me a rough estimate) ? thanks a lot.

When my case was assigned to an officer? I got two answers
from IIO.

On 6/6/01, an IIO told me my case was assigned to an officer
"today" and on 7/11/01 another IIO told me again that my case
was assigned to an officer "today".

I could only guess they poll the cases periodically. If they
found something or don\'t want to decide then put it back to
the pool waiting for next round.

Strange thing is each time I asked IIO whether my case was on
hold for any reason, their answer was a simple "no".
