Text of my RFE; anyone recognize this?

Please review my RFE. Does it look like they want something from any municipal corporation.

I would only get a non-availability certificate if you did not submit the birth certificate with 485. If you submitted one without your name, or your father\'s name, or one that was issued in the last couple of years, you should obtain the following:
1. Non-availability cert, only if you did not submit a BC originally.
2. Two affidavits from your parents stating DOB, relationship etc.
3. High school leaving certificate which should indicate your DOB.

This RFE has been issued to many people recently. Just do a search on birth in the 485 section and you will find what other people did.

BTW, it would help people in responding if you indicated what you did submit to document DOB.

I submitted a birth report issued by the New Delhi municipality. It has my father\'s name but not my name.

I think your lawyer should have recognized this as a very likely reason for RFE. Anyway, get the affidavits from your parents and submit with school leaving cert. Again do the search for birth and you will find a lot of responses.
