Hi Folks,

did somebody notice, date for processing I-485 on basis of Asylum in texas service center changed from Aug 1st 2004 about two months ago to Aug 1st 2001,anybody notice That

Case transf From NE office to TSC: Nov 05
FP: Mar 06
GD = Waiting

I did notice change in dates as well, from Aug 04 to Aug 01. I called the TSC and they opened the inquiry on my case. Got a standard response that the case was still in progress. Called IO and she advised me to wait for 6 months before I call again for status – hopeless.

I am thinking of contacting a local senator to follow up on this in the next few weeks.

the dates for AOS for employment based has also been changed from December 2006 to August 2006!

Can you please share the TSC Ph.no? I need to get status on my case and couldn't find the ph.no.
