Texas Processing Times Predictions in April.

I know many EB2 guys are current in April.
I wonder what the Texas Center Processing Times Predictions in April for I485?

Any comments????:)

sorry one question, what do you mean by pre-adjudicated as per infopass?
Will it hep to have infopass appointment to see if they can assign my case to some visa officer..?

If it is April 30th, may be we both will screwed, because mine won't be cleared and you can't open a ticket with uscis. :)

But I don't like to talk with USCIS anyway.. they are bunch of ho...s.. sitting and rubbing their #s.. on the seat..

Its allready March 19 th, but still there is no updates on Texsas Processing time updates? Those people are just lazy or what?
 
Called today

I called USCIS this morning and the lady took 3 mnute to explain me why the delay was happening. She mentioned that they will conduct a sweep on Fri Apr 4th to determine the I-485 cases in light of new visa bulletin and that cases will be assigned to IOs by Mon Apr 14th.

Not that I believe on help desk type of info with their primary job is to get the caller off the phone but I have to admit that she was polite.
I will call again on Apr 4th and keep the forum updated.

Thanks for sharing info from your IO call....Was it with TSC or NSC?

Last two times i had hard luck (Rude IO) at TSC...
 
I just spoke to nice IO at TSC. She said that they have a deadline to process the qualified cases (PD Current and 180 day rule satisfied) by APR 30. It sounds more like a generic response, but definitely a consistent response lately.
 
What if ??

If PD Is current, and all NC formalities are cleared,
but 485 RD is not current with the Texas processing time.
Then also Apr'30 dead line applies?
Please let me know as my PD is current, all formalities are cleared and I am only waiting for Texas processing time to move upto June 14 th from its current Apr 10 th.
Am I included in Apr 30 th deadline.

My Pd Is Current In April Bulletin As Processing Time Is Also Current. Now When Will The Processing Start On My Case?

Currently tsc is processing I-485 Receipt Dated on or before April 30th 2007, so you have filled in Feb 2008 it could a while you case will be processed.

Its my opinion as always anything is possible if you have Luck..

I think that they are cooking something today !!! I've tried to access my acount right now , and i couldn't do it !!! Probably they update the " Processing Times " anytime soon from now on !!! And i'm sure it is gonna be posted with date " March 15th " and today's date it ia " March 28th " !!! I did complain before about this matter , and they refuse to answer , but they had the info in their computers long time ago ( find out thru infopass before ) , just they do not want to do their jobs by changing the info on their website , maibe because they don't want to do this or maibe they don't know how to do their jobs !!! Only God know , but in the last years , they just got worst and worst in processing all types of cases !!! UNPROFESSIONALS ( shame for the most dem. country in the world ) and i wonder , how these guys hire their workers ??? What criteria they use ???:confused:
Just very disappointing !!!:(

F16.. It seems they are processing 2 weeks at a time.. but you will get it on next processing.. and I don't think USCIS will retrogress the date further down until next 2-3 months.. so I believe you will be all set..

I believe my case will get approved this time.. but can't say for sure..

EB2 -- PD 12/2000
I-485 -- RD 04/12/07
-- no idea about NC or anything, and I don't care it any more as 180 days will apply if not cleared yet
 
Thanks for ur reply. Now I am really confused as TSC processing dates for 485 is April 2007 and my RD for 485 is Feb 2008 that means atleast 10 months to start the processing but then shouldnt the 180 days rule should kick in????
