hey am new here dont know where to post my question so here goes
ok so a friend of mine has been dating her boyfriend since she was 14 so now shes 18 and as she tells me they want to get married here in United States but he doesnt have papers he's from dominican republic she is a full time student so as she tells me she wont have time to take a trip over to his country and marry him so what can you tell me about this?
