Testing and Interview since August 11

hi everybody,

I am new in this forum, iv been waiting for my appointment letter for interview since August but until now I don't received the letter yet, can anybody tell me what to do? its been 5 months since I applied. I am from charlotte North Carolina. I hope somebody can advice me.. thanks
 
Did you try contacting the 1800 number? I'd start by calling them. I'd also try to visit local field office (6130 Tyvola Centre Drive

Charlotte, NC 28217). They're the ones who normally handle it.

You have to be proactive. Sometimes, your file(s) might get buried and forgotten. Unless you bring it up, your application might be overlooked.
 
I did but she told me to wait, that was 2 months ago. if I don't heard anything next week, I will call again and put an infopass to visit the office.
