What I think.....
this document does not provide any information to people that have been waiting for more than 6 months, as it does not address these issues.
In addition, these are all high level remarks. Were there any actual numbers given (cases to be approved vs. planned, or number of cases that are X months/years old to be adjudicated by EOY 2004, etc).
Forgive me all, but it may well be that the intetions are good, but I believe it when I see it, and I hoep that by then, our case will be approved already.
