New or Old Citizenship test

My case details are below i am not sure what test i will be taking new or old ?
RD- 09/26/2008
PD- 09/26/2008
ND- 10/03/2008

According to your timeline, if your interview is before Oct. 1, 2009, you'll have a choice of the old and the new test. So, it's up to you!

So the is it the notice date or the receipt date that determines what test i get

*The Application for Naturalization, Form N-400, is properly filed with USCIS on the date it is received by the appropriate USCIS Office with signature, correct fee, and the form is completed according to instructions."

You will have a choice of new or Old.....

If you have already prepared for the Old test then you can surely go with that.

I just started looking into it and looking at the questions, i prefer the new test.
