Terror level: High

I don't like high threat levels. It is riskier to speed on the freeway when the threat level is high.
 
I like the way they come up with the color.

Apparently there is more chattering on the airwaves this time of the year, so we need to turn orange. So terrorists actually dont need to come in here to scare us ('us' is loosely used). They just need to chat - and chat hard. Laden's terror training camps can have a new course terror203 - The art of terror chattering. Terrorists can grade their achievement by the color of terror here. Like karate belts. "I am an orange; This week is my chat test to get red".

And terrorists being terrorists, talk about Jihad, Allah, Virgins or any hundred words that Muslim folk use to buy groceries. Going by this logic it is easy to see why terror levels increase around 'id-ul-fitr'/Ramadan etc.

mind you, 'we' are winning the war on terrorism.

Right about this time is when local muslims shouldn't flap their gums infront of store clerks looking for their 5 minutes of fame.
 
Funny thing, since the level went to Orange, I've seen zero approvals on WAC02046 scanner .. is that shared by kashmir?
